BURDEN OF DREAMS SCREENING

To decorate the studio, the first thing we did is to put up 8 posters that we created on the wall outside. This is for audience to look at before entering the studio. We also brought in leaves and plants to decorate the studio to make the setting more like a rainforest. 

The movie was played as the format expected with other tabs of rainforest videos on. The wallpaper was set to yellow to make it more colourful and attract people's attention. 

We also stuck the leaves right next to the screen that was projected on the wall as decoration. The tape was a bit obvious and visible when we look in detail, however, it did not affect the overall outcome.

Lights were turned off and videos of rainforests were out on on the desktops in the studio. We made the atmosphere of the studio became like a real rainforest and the sounds of nature are really meditating and relaxing. The soothing atmosphere made audience to quiet down and appreciate the screening. 

We also made audience to wear out boat tickets as hats. This creates an interaction between audience and made the whole screening more fun and interactive, it also attracted their attention and made them curious curious about the screening.

To conclude, the screening was quite successful and was presented in the way we expected it to be. The tickets worked well as a tool to interact with audience and the atmosphere created was really pleasing.
