3 initial ideas in a pair
- eat better
—> making their food look good (making a zine of collections of food—> making food alive, a comedy out of food) —> make people appreciate food
—> eat less junk food/ fast food and more healthy food (changing the food they eat into something healthier) (ugly packagings for junk food)
—> diet plan
—> menus to suggest them what to eat
—> healthy food check list
—> thinking of the colours that they eat instead of the calories (think positive)
—> making utensils to make them want to eat (food pyramid into a triangular bowl) (categories food by colours and make them into sections on the bowl)
—> counting the times they chew their food—> no rushing (make a beat, have people eat with the beat)
—> vegetables stickers/ stamps—> have people collect them into a series —> red stickers for junk food, green stickers for healthy food —> food board, have them stick the stickers on —> after a month, to track how much junk food and healthy food they ate
—> vouchers
—> a board game —> suggesting ppl what to eat
—> collect utensils —> make a typeface
when how much we eat
break up normal habit—> sth different
whats stopping them from eating
—> stress?

--> instruction manual
- checklist of the food in coloured order
- faces on food (handdrawn faces overlaying on fruits)
- happy faces on healthy food
