Today, Georgia was back. We told her everything that we had done throughout the week that she wasn’t there. We decided to assign her as the role of making the presentation as we thought that this would be the best way for her to catch up everything that we have done.
To start off the day, we were assigned to different roles:

Presentation: Emily
INSTAGRAM
Our initial idea was making zines to show our process of development. However, considering the sustainability and environmental conserving approach, we decided to abandon the idea and change it to establishing an Instagram page. We will be posting our design developments on the Instagram and use it to document the whole process of us finishing the project. We also decided to use the colours black white pink and green as the main colours of the Instagram feed. Also, we posted collages as we thought that collages can best relate to our screening idea.
POSTERS
I went onto Photoshop and made 3 posters designs. As I am not too familiar with Photoshop, I only did some simple collages by applying the design principles that were taught in 404. I tried to make use of grid systems and stacking and hang lines for the posters.
Then, Pat suggested us a poster idea. To show process throughout, it was decided that we should photograph the poster being put up, and then this photograph would become the poster. This process was repeated and repeated several times to show this continues process being documented. We decided that this idea will be the final one as it combined the most successful aspects of the collaged designs
As I thought that 2 people will be enough in the process of making the final poster, therefore, I went to help Mehroosa and Georgia in working on the presentation.
PRESENTATION
As we were thinking of what to type in the presentation, we came up with an interesting idea of screenshotting each slides that we have made and make them as our way of presenting the slides in the presentation. By using this method, we can also document the chats that me and Georgia had when making the presentation at home. We will then post them on our Instagram page and during the presentation, we will scroll through our Instagram and click on the corresponding slide post.
28NOV – continue working on the presentation
Today, Georgia and I have been working on the presentation. As what we have planned, we chatted in the google slides chatting function and asked each other questions about how are we going to layout the slides and what photos to put in. We decided to use the white black pink and green that we will be using for the Instagram page as the background colours of the slides.
How can we screenshot the gifs for the presentation?
Solution: screen record the slides with gifs on it and post them on Instagram as a video.
